XGK rolling mill began to research in 1987 with nearly 20 years history.It began to declare patent in 1989,till 2007 157 patents have been declared,96 intentional patents authorized currently in 62 countries and regions. 43 patents in China,53 patents in abroad(America,Japan,Germany,Italy,Korea,France), others are in trial.
In 2004,one international patents won a gold medal of Utica World Invention.
In 2005, one international patents won a gold medal of the ninth patent golden prize issued by World Intellectual Property Organization and State Intellectual Office.
In 2006,66 patents are declaring, now China's patent declared finished, the international declaration was basically ended.

Name:XGK forcing principle
Description:XGK exclusive 4 innovation characters: 1,"Quasi-rigidity" Relying on its structural characteristics and stress principle, the lateral rigidity of mill will not be affected by material, no flexural deflection during rolling, which realizes infinitely great lateral tightness. It called "quasi-rigidity" in patents book. i.e. XGK-LD1400 rolled 0.08 *1300mm,0.03*1300mm,0.3*1300mm strips,its lateral deviation all could reach +/-0.001mm. 2,"Extensibility" Relying on its specific "cantilever beam" function and "floating roller" rolling, this kind of rolling mill can mechanically extend the products according to the specification and purpose ,the width close with the roller width.
