XGK mill four characters

1Quasi-rigidity
Relying on its structural characteristics and stress principle, the lateral rigidity of mill will not be affected by material, no flexural deflection during rolling, which realizes infinitely great lateral tightness. It called quasi-rigidity in patents book. i.e. XGK-LD1400 rolled 0.08 × 1300mm0.03×1300mm0.3×1300mm strips,its lateral deviation all could reach ±0.001mm.

2Extensibility
Relying on its specific cantilever beam function and floating roller rolling, this kind of rolling mill can mechanically extend the products according to the specification and purpose ,the width close with the roller width. It ended the traditional mill of tiny hole effect of wide limitation history.

3Difference elimination
XGK mill relying on its axial floating incline, could rolled cuniform and curve section shape into high precision strips. The products are free from burrs, cracks at the edge, no edge trimming according to ordered, improve the products rate.It also good in longitudinal difference.

4 Thin ability
XGK mill has own theory system.It not obey traditional min rolling thicknessprinciple .Whatever width and thickness,if the rolling forcing is enough,the strip could be rolled infinity thin.Because this ill doesnot exist roller bending deformed,also the tiny hole effect,so no exist Min rolling thickness.
